Sunday 4th June 2023 is the Strawberry Full Moon! 🍓🌝 Join Ayla and Charlotte for a cosy and interactive evening in the studio, where you will embark on a journey within to reawaken your divine feminine energy. You'll discover the magic of aromatherapy oils and ultimately restore balance in body & mind. The evening includes: - 60 min Full Moon Yoga Flow to breathe, stretch & relax - 60 min Essential Oils Workshop AND AromaTouch Hand-Techniques Workshop - 30 min Refreshments & Questions - Self-Care Goodie bag to take home! This workshop will begin with a brief introduction to the qualities and benefits that essential oils can provide to heal, cleanse, nourish your body and uplift your mood. You’ll then be guided through a relaxing + gentle full moon yoga practice with Ayla to de-stress leaving you feeling aligned and balanced. A more detailed, hands-on workshop with Charlotte will follow where you will discover which oils will best suit your needs and how to use them in your daily life. You'll also learn AromaTouch Hand-Technique Therapy and many different Natural Solutions for you & your families health & wellbeing. Give yourself the gift of some well deserved nurturing time on your yoga mat. You will leave the workshop feeling relaxed, refreshed and inspired.
