Service Description

***NEW LOCATION*** A gentle sequence of postures, flowing with ease and grace. Great for beginners or people wanting a more mellow class, allowing us to slow down and explore postures. This class builds strength & flexibility to detoxify and purify the body, whilst calming the mind. Finishing off with a soothing gentle wind down leaving you feeling radiantly relaxed with a sense of inner peace and serenity. There are currently only 12 spaces available a week. So please book your space early to avoid disappointment. Booking essential. Cancelation Policy

CLASSES: If you are no longer able to attend your class, you can reschedule or cancel, as long as there is at least 24 HOURS notice before the start of your class. You can or reschedule or cancel a session by logging into your account. EVENTS: If you are no longer able to attend your event, you can cancel, as long as there is at least 48 HOURS notice before the start of the day.
