Service Description

A faster paced and stronger class, guiding you through a dynamic flow of postures. With the aim to bring more heat and energy to the body, an opportunity to move around your mat for the joy of movement. We'll focus on strength and flexibility, and you'll leave feeling relaxed and balanced. Great for intermediate and advanced yogis. There are currently only 18 spaces available a week. So please book your space early to avoid disappointment. Booking essential. What to bring: - Yoga mat - Bottle of water - Blanket (for savasana/ relaxation) - All other equipment will be provided

Cancelation Policy

CLASSES: If you are no longer able to attend your class, you can reschedule or cancel, as long as there is at least 24 HOURS notice before the start of your class. You can or reschedule or cancel a session by logging into your account. EVENTS: If you are no longer able to attend your event, you can cancel, as long as there is at least 48 HOURS notice before the start of the day.
